Data we collect

• Consultation intake information (watchlist tickers, market focus, preferred dates)
• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Billing details required to issue invoices for paid consultations

We do not request national ID numbers, bank login credentials, or full brokerage account statements through the website form.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver consultations, issue invoices, improve site content when analytics are enabled, and meet legal record-keeping obligations in Thailand.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booked consultation are retained for up to twenty-four months. Engagement files and invoices are retained for at least five years to satisfy accounting and dispute needs, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer legal hold applies.

Sharing

We share data with service providers who host email, secure file transfer, or accounting tools under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Thai law or lawful authority.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses or equivalent protections). By submitting information, you acknowledge that transfers may occur for operational reasons.
